Order Cancellation Policy

At Just Another Small Business, all orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

We do not allow cancellations for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product, size, or variant selected by the customer

• Shipping address errors provided at checkout

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before completing the purchase.

If your order cannot be canceled, it will fall under our Refund Policy. As stated, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We reserve the right to deny any cancellation request that does not meet the above conditions.
